Accuracy, completeness, and current status are not guaranteed. GCCJA may update its active-inmate display after an operational event, a court docket may post at a different time, and ODOC or a federal locator may reflect another custody system. Addresses, telephone numbers, office hours, procedures, fees, and online tools can also change without notice. A missing name does not by itself prove release, and an old listing does not prove present custody.
Verify every material fact with the agency that created the record. Contact the relevant public office before visiting a facility, relying on a release date, sending funds, or acting on a search result. Official Records Stay at Source
This website hosts no jail roster, booking file, release record, inmate record, court record, ODOC file, parole or probation file, federal custody record, or immigration record. It cannot alter, remove, seal, correct, or certify an agency record. It also cannot release a person or confirm that jail staff completed a physical custody exit.
Obtain or verify a Garfield County detention record through GCCJA, a district-case record through the Garfield County Court Clerk or the court system, and a state record through the Oklahoma Department of Corrections or other issuing agency. Federal and immigration records remain with their respective federal sources. The originating office determines access, exemptions, form, cost, and correction procedures.
